Welcome and Mission Statement
Welcome to Cameron Park and Shingle Springs, two small towns with big hearts.

main content divider line

En route from Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and points east you might overlook a treasure hidden in the hills. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it--about 30 miles outside of downtown Sacramento are the communities of Cameron Park and Shingle Springs nestled among the trees and rolling hills.

Originally home to Native Americans, then miners, entrepreneurs and ranchers, these towns have remained serene and close-knit. Today, they retain a small-town quality yet with a vitality and diversity that exemplifies their citizens.

Slow down, stop awhile…visit our parks, lakes, wineries and festivals. Learn what draws the residents and visitors to our rolling hills time and time again…

Welcome to Cameron Park and Shingle Springs.
